Make it a moment.
Print and assemble the buildings the day before. On parade morning, line the street down the table, add the taxis, and give everyone a place card. Choose star or animal foil balloons to float above the skyline, with each balloon secured to its own weight.

- Save the PDF and open it in a PDF reader.
- Print US Letter at 100% / actual size. Measure the one-inch test square before printing the templates. For A4, use Fit and keep every related piece at the same scale; the test square will be slightly smaller.
- Use printer-compatible cardstock for standing pieces and ordinary paper for coloring. Follow the cut, fold, and glue marks in the kit.
Adults handle cutting tools. Keep balloon pieces, strings, and small craft parts away from young children. Use LED candles around paper decorations.
